Unicorn Castle Cake

This was a 2 level fondanted cake. Bottom was octagonal and top was round. Both different flavours. Towers were foam covered in fondant. Tower tops, doors, windows, vines and leaves were made from fondant. Unicorns were handmade from sugarpaste. This cake was rather large, but can be made on a smaller scale.
